My Mission
With almost a decade of experience, I started my career in two of Bendigo’s top salons. But my true calling emerged after returning home to Echuca post-COVID — a time that reconnected me with family and reminded me what really matters: helping people feel understood, confident, and beautiful in their natural texture.
I saw a huge gap in the curly hair industry and dedicated myself to mastering curl-specific cutting and care.
My mission is simple: to help you love and understand your curls, one haircut at a time.
I know what it feels like to not be heard or to think your curls are “unmanageable.” That’s why I’ve built a calm, judgment-free salon experience that prioritises self-acceptance, education, and authenticity.
The Salon Vibe
Located in the heart of Echuca, Vita Nova Hair Studio is a private, home-based salon designed for comfort and calm. Every appointment is one-on-one, allowing you to unwind and be yourself.
The business began in 2022 under the name Champagne Hair Lounge before evolving into Vita Nova — meaning “new life.” It symbolises not only a new chapter for me, but for every person who sits in my chair.
Specialising in curly hair, lived-in blondes, and scalp health, I use clean products and gentle, integrity-driven techniques that nurture both hair and confidence.
And adding to the cosy vibe, you’ll often meet Luna — my little sausage dog and salon sidekick — who loves greeting clients and bringing warmth to the space.
