Transitioning from light to dark requires more than just a single colour; this service focuses on restoring the underlying pigment lost during the lightening process. By rebuilding the hair’s internal "base," we ensure your new brunette shade is exceptionally rich, deep, and resistant to fading, resulting in a healthy, high-shine finish. Package includes: Pigment Restoration > A specialised "filling" process to ensure even, long-lasting brunette depth. Global Richness > Full-coverage application for a seamless, mirror-like brunette shine. Finish Off > Includes a hydrating wash and your choice of a blow wave or ⭑ diffuse dry.
Cancellation Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final total. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50%, and no-shows or cancellations within 1 hour may incur up to 100% of the service cost. These fees cover genuine lost time and cannot be waived. Final pricing may vary based on your hair’s length, density, colour history, and goals. You will always receive a clear quote before work begins. Remaining balances are payable in-salon via cash or EFTPOS. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
