Service Description
INCLUDES: Cleanse, scalp massage, haircut, and smooth blow wave. Precision wet haircut for non-curly or pre-straightened hair, removing up to 1 inch of length to maintain healthy ends. **NOTE:** Classic haircuts are done on wet or pre-straightened hair. If you wear your hair naturally curly, please book from the Curly Hair Menu to ensure proper time and technique are allocated for your texture.
Cancellation Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final total. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50%, and no-shows or cancellations within 1 hour may incur up to 100% of the service cost. These fees cover genuine lost time and cannot be waived. Final pricing may vary based on your hair’s length, density, colour history, and goals. You will always receive a clear quote before work begins. Remaining balances are payable in-salon via cash or EFTPOS. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
