Service Description
An efficient, cut-only session for returning guests (within 6 months). This express service focuses on refreshing your current shape and removing split ends to maintain long-term hair health. Please note: This service DOES NOT include a wash, includes a express style refresh only. ~Preparing For Your Appointment~ To ensure we get the best possible results for your texture, please follow these steps for EVERY appointment: Clean & Ready > Please arrive with hair clean, 100% dry, and fully detangled. Show Your Texture > We must see your curls in their natural down state to assess the shape. Keep It Free > Avoid using clips, pins, heavy oils, or elastics. We need to see your true texture without any indentations or product buildup
Cancellation Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final total. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50%, and no-shows or cancellations within 1 hour may incur up to 100% of the service cost. These fees cover genuine lost time and cannot be waived. Final pricing may vary based on your hair’s length, density, colour history, and goals. You will always receive a clear quote before work begins. Remaining balances are payable in-salon via cash or EFTPOS. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
