Service Description
Exclusively for returning guests (within 8 months). We’ll refresh your signature shape, remove excess weight, and restore hydration. Every session includes a precision dry-check after styling to ensure your curls sit perfectly and remain easy to manage at home. Preparing For Your Appointment Clean & Ready > Please arrive with hair cleansed, 100% dry, and fully detangled. Show Your Texture > We must see your curls in their natural state to assess the shape. Keep It Free > No clips, pins, heavy oils, or elastics, as these distort your natural pattern.
Cancellation Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your final total. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50%, and no-shows or cancellations within 1 hour may incur up to 100% of the service cost. These fees cover genuine lost time and cannot be waived. Final pricing may vary based on your hair’s length, density, colour history, and goals. You will always receive a clear quote before work begins. Remaining balances are payable in-salon via cash or EFTPOS. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
